Brexit solutions

On 29 March 2017, the UK government invoked Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union. The United Kingdom is due to leave the EU on 29 March 2019. Freeland has worked with one of its clients with a UK investors base and listing, and its advisors to set-up and execute a cross-border merger to migrate the company.
