Freeland can assist with a listing by providing pre- and post-IPO support. Among others our services include setting up and implementing governance systems and acting as liaison with regulators and other advisors. We offer board support services including organizing meetings, ensuring documentation is circulated on time and organizing, attending and taking minutes in meetings. We can also assist with the preparation of the annual report and any interim financial report.
